The theme of the layout will be determined by which of the journal cards you pick from the pack-  here's the paper to give you an idea!

Order your Kits Now for Narelle's next Class!

Hi lovely ladies!

Orders are now being taken for the Kits that we'll be using for my classes early in Term 3.
It will be a two part class, where we'll complete a single layout on Friday August 8th, followed by a double layout on Friday August 22nd.

There are two options for the kit-  either "That's my boy" which would suit any aged boy/male especially those teens boys (who are always hard to find paper ranges to scrap) or "Summer Bliss" which suits Summer or Girly photos.  Please let Di know which pack you would like to order when booking in for the class.

I have designed these classes to give you lots of freedom to "make them your own". For the single layout on August 8th you'll be able to decided which sides of the paper you use and the theme can be determined by which journal card you choose for the title.

For the double layout on August 22nd I'll be teaching you a technique to create a background using up all your scraps and everyone's layout will end up different depending on which paper scraps you choose!  Again, the theme will be determined by you when you select which journal cards you use!

Please contact Dianne by email-  dismale@bigpond.com.au or by calling 0404 266 296 to secure your place in the class. Please do not reply to this post.

Narelle's Workshop- Friday 24th August

Hello lovely ladies!

If you have booked in for my workshop on Friday 24th August at 10.30am or 7.00pm, it's time to start organising your photos (the class might be a bit boring if you dont have the photos this time!)

We'll be using the Echo Park "Note to Self" 6x6 papers for both the layout and the printers tray, and you can create whatever theme you like by the photos you use-  make it a gift for Dad, create a layout that celebrates family- or even a memento of a holiday!  Its up to you!

For the Printer's Tray you will need
8 portrait orientation photos that can be trimmed to measure 7cm x 9.5cm.

For the layout you'll need
8 portrait orientation photos that can be trimmed to measure 6cm x 8cm..

You'll also need your basic kit containing:-

  • Paper trimmer and scissors
  • double sided tape
  • foam tape or foam squares/dots
  • Quick drying strong glue-  helmar 450 is perfect
  • Light brownish/green ink (I have used Tim Holtz Distress ink in "Old Paper" )

See you all on Friday August 24th!

Blessings,
Narelle xxxxx
