And since it is July, what better reason to start some cute christmas gift cards!

Hopefully these little snippets has tickled your fancy and got you inspired to colour!

If you would like an extra pack or two , just email Di and we will have them ready for you

( this covers all materials, dies, stamps and inks used, just bring your basic tool kit full of glues, tapes and foam pop ups, make between 3 to 6 cards, depending on style)

This week we are using a new die cut from Sizzix, the Centre fold Step card, so all the hard work is done for us except the embellishments so will cover a variety of themes by changing the papers and the word stamps.

This is during the holidays so bookings are being taken now to reserve your place as we have extra people available to attend.

"On Stage" #1 Workshop

You may not have many photo's from the musicals you have been to as you are not allowed to take photo's inside so if you want to remember a musical show you have been to, try google images to help bring back your memories, you may a program or tickets from the show that can use a well.
The size photo's that have been used are 4, 4"x6" landscape, 1, 4"x5" portrait and 1, 4 and  a half inch x 2 and a half inch BUT the layout is flexible to suit the photo's you may have. If you are scrapping other photo's for eg. Instrumental concerts, again the size and orientation of photo's can be accommodated. Remember when you book a kit there is enough materials to cover the 6 pages which will be covered over 3 workshop commencing tomorrow, 26th June & July 10th.

Join us for a series of Workshops to record all those Concerts, live theatre shows, recitals, Jazz ballet, Instrumental concerts, School concerts, the list goes on and on, we've got them all covered!

For a kit to cover 6  pages over 3 separate classes which will include an "On Stage" Collection pack from Kaiser, 12 papers plus a sticker sheet, a set of Collectables, extra papers not included in the collection pack, card stock, wooden stars and a set of large Capital alphabets for you to make your own titles on your Layouts. Will need to book a.s.a.p to secure your supplies as some papers are out of stock already and not being reprinted.

Have 12 kits on offer for $50 a kit which works out to approx. $8.50 a page

Your Retreat includes accommodation Fri & Sat night,

Meals - Friday night through to Lunch on Sunday

(N.B. No morning/afternoon/supper/tea/coffee supplied)

Use of Conference room, kitchenette & lounge room from Friday lunchtime till Sunday afternoon.

What you need to bring ...
Your own pillow and bedding
Towel, bath mat, hand towel
Clothes (warm & possibly shower proof or umbrella)
Favourite CD
Something to share for  morning/arvo tea/supper
( everyone to bring a slice or cake or biscuits or chocolate, sweet or savoury)
Your own tea bags or coffee or hot chocolate etc, I will provide milk and sugar
I would suggest bringing your own mug although they have said there would be mugs available
Organise what you want to do for the weekend and pack those supplies

Where is it exactly? ...
Travel to Woodend, turn left at Tylden, Daylesford sign
Travel to Tylden and turn right at the roundabout to Kyneton
Travel along this road for about 6kms looking for a sign on your right PGL Campase Downs.

N.B.
Those coming up during the day, there is no lunch provided, you should be able to arrive late morning,/lunchtime which allows time for cleaners in the morning to complete their work from the previous camp.

This page will suit sepia or coloured photograph, old or modern if you have the same colourings. Photo size - no larger than 4 x 6" to use all the lovely detail from the papers.
You need to bring along ...
 your brown ink for edges, l used Tim Holtz's Ranger Vintage Photo distress ink
Piece of cardboard to go underneath the round frame(12x12") or you can purchase one
Foam tape
Strong glue for wooden embellishment
l have used some buttons, tape measure ribbon and twine because the lady in my photograph was a seamstress, so if you have some bits and pieces from the person in your photo bring those along too.
Please book by Wednesday, 6th May to ensure materials for your Layout.

Hi Ladies,

This week we are doing Easter pages and we are not using patterned paper but instead using Doodlebug's spotted Vellum.  The vellum is see through and blends well on the page, you will be making lots of flowers to decorate around your photo's. By changing the title from Happy Easter you turn the page into a delightful double layout of family photo's, Birthday, Girly girl photo's. 

The coloured vellums used are pink, green, yellow and white

On the first page I used 2, 3" x 4" landscape photos but you could use 1, 4" x 6" portrait photo. 

On the second page I used 2, 4" x 6" portrait photos.  

So lots of room on this double layout for many photo's, 

very fresh looking pages with lots of pretty flowers to be made.

You will need the usual tools plus your foam tape and Helmar 450 glue. 

If you have white pearls bring those along as well, 

if not you can purchase some but they are not included in your kit

Hi Ladies this week we are making a double page layout using Kaisercraft "All that Glitters" range. 

I have used multiple photos. Sizes:

1 x 3.5" x 5" portrait,  1 x 5" x 3.5" landscape, 1 x 3.75" x 3" landscape,

1 x 3" x 3.75" portrait on first page. 

Second page: 3 x 3.75" x 3" landscape photos and 1 x 3" x 3.75" portrait photo. 

You will need your usual tools plus foam tape. I have used some punches and dies on the layouts. Bring along gold pearls if you have them.

 Today we will be making lots of various card bases, ready for you to decorate at home. 

We will be using some Base card die cuts as well as cutting out my own designs. 

 You will need to bring your Inch score boards, trimmers, scissors, pencil and eraser.

We will be using a variety of colour bases, white, cream, Kraft and black.

So book your place now to reserve a spot.

Easter Layout, so get those pictures from Easter printed and join Jacquie for some Easter fun.
