I need of know times you would like to stay a.s.a.p
If staying for both meals you will need to bring a salad or sweet for both meals. Lunch will be Roast Chicken and salads and dinner will be a B.B.Q (weather permitting) and salad, either bring your preferred meat or Geoff can pick up some at the Butcher for you.
Have only received a few peoples preferences and items of food, once l have everyones can send an email around to make sure we have a variety for both meals.
